How do I join BEBE Club?

It's very simple - just log in to our website. From this moment on, you can collect points and enjoy the benefits of the program.

What are the benefits of BEBE Club?

Yes. If you already have a customer account, you are already a member of the BEBE Club program - you don't need to create a new account.


Where can I check my points balance and current level?

You can find your current points balance, activity history, and membership level in the client panel after logging into your account

Can I use points in a brick-and-mortar store?

Yes, BEBE Club points can be used both for online purchases and in our boutiques.

Do the points expire?

Yes - points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are credited. Detailed information can be found in the program's terms and conditions.

Can I transfer my points to another person?

No - points are assigned individually to the user's account and cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts.

What happens to the points I used when I return a product?

Points used are non-refundable. If you return purchased products, the points will not be reimbursed.

Can I combine BEBE Club points discounts with other promotions?

No - discounts obtained through the BEBE Club program cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers.

Do the points accumulate immediately after purchase?

Points will automatically appear in your account after the order has been paid for and fulfilled.

How can I use my points?

You can use the collected points in your cart during checkout, or generate a discount code from your customer panel.

Is participation in the BEBE Club free?

Participation in our loyalty program is free of charge.

Is there a point limit?
