COMPETITION RULES:

Summer Instagram Contest – Bebe Concept

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The competition is organised by Bebe Concept, Instagram profile: @bebe.concept.
2. The competition is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
3. The competition runs from 14/07/2025 to 20/07/2025 at 11:59 p.m.

§2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. A participant may be any natural person who:
a) has a public Instagram account,
b) is over 18 years of age or has the consent of a guardian,
c) meets the participation conditions described in the competition post.
2. Participation in the competition is free and voluntary.

§3. COMPETITION RULES
1. To participate, you must:
a) follow the @bebe.concept profile,
b) like the competition post,
c) tag at least one person in the comment,
d) (optional) share the post on stories and tag @bebe.concept.
2. You can add any number of comments – each is a separate submission.

§4. PRIZE
1. The prize is a set consisting of:
• one Hunza G Square Neck Bubblegum costume,
• one bottle of Bink Big 1l Bubblegum
• one Amori Mori necklace

2. The value of the prize does not exceed PLN 2,000 gross.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

§5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
1. The winner will be selected by the @bebe.concept jury by drawing lots or at their discretion.
2. The results will be announced in the comment below the post and on Insta Stories on July 20, 2025.
3. The winner has 3 days to contact us via DM to provide shipping details.

§6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The winner's data will be processed solely for the purpose of sending the prize and will not be made available to third parties.
2. The participant has the right to view, correct and delete his/her data.

§7. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations, extend the duration of the competition and not to announce the results of the competition for important reasons.
