Laundry is bad for both your clothes and the environment. Water waste is important not only in the production process, but also for the consumer. To minimize waste and maintain the durability of HOLMM. garments, we suggest washing only when necessary.

If your washing machine has a delicate wool programme, this will be preferable to hand washing. Washing machines maintain a stable temperature, clothes don\u0026#39;t get soaked, and the very light spin part of the wash cycle helps remove excess water. All of this provides a gentler and more consistent way to clean clothes than by hand. In the case of woolen fabrics, we recommend a delicate wool washing program at a temperature of 30 degrees, and in the case of cotton products at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.

Avoid placing any HOLMM products. in the dryer. High temperatures, coming from a dryer or even an iron, will destroy the natural properties of the fibers and ruin the clothes ahead of time. For best results, simply allow your garment to air dry.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
