Mariusz Mac - Originally from the Podkarpacie region, he grew up at the foot of the Bieszczady Mountains – in a world where the smell of simmering soup was as common as the view of the mountains outside the window. His cooking stems from his childhood: from dumplings made on the counter and broths that filled the entire house. Today, he intertwines these flavors with what he brings back from his travels – from markets, street stalls, and conversations with people who live and breathe food, just like he does.

She doesn't chase perfection. She seeks truth in food—the simple warmth that can bring people together at the table and bring even strangers closer together.

1991 was the year it all began. With my mother's tomato soup, bigos from my grandmother's oven, lazy eggs that were as long as fingers, with homemade sauce from my parents' allotment. I learned that eating is a gesture, and cooking is a way for loved ones to say you're important.
